1.Mix up this easy marinade, and allow pressed tofu or cubed meats to soak up the goodness for at least 20 minutes before you stir-fry, bake or grill.
2.Mix together in a container large enough to hold your tofu or meat,
3.Mix well, and toss thoroughly with your cubed meat or tofu. You can even add vegetables to marinate together for a one-pan meal. Let rest for at least 20 minutes.
4.After this, heat your wok or pan to temperature, and just add everything in together! Your marinade doubles as your cooking sauce!
5.Stir fry until meat, tofu and veggies are thoroughly cooked, and sauce has reduced to a thickened consistency.
6.Enjoy over your favorite rice or whole grain. We suggest brown, red or black rice. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds (optional).
